Palmetto Site Prep has been involved in three major expansions with The Okonite Company over a two year period. The first expansion began in December of 2005. We came into the project behind. In April of 2007, we began another expansion of the CV Building. This job included 37,000 sq. ft. building expansion and a 4,000 sq. yd. asphalt parking lot addition with related storm and roof drain work. We also handled the relocation of underground fire lines that serviced this section of the building. This project was completed on schedule in December of 2007.
Throughout these projects, we have developed an excellent relationship with both, The Okonite Company and Denham-Blythe, the General Contractor, on all of these projects.

This project was started in October of 2007. Despite heavy weather delays we managed to keep this project on schedule. Project was completed in May of 2008.

This Industrial Park expansion included approximately 5 acres of clearing and
grubbing, 5,500 LF of various sized RCP storm drain with related boxes, 5,200 LF of 10’DI water main, 4,300 LF of 10’ gravity sewer, 12,000 LF of curb and gutter, and 19,000 sq. yd. of asphalt paving. This project’s schedule was fast tracked by the announcement of new industry moving into the undeveloped section of the park.
